Alison (Maaike Neuville) wants to get breast reduction surgery, even though her mother thinks she should be happy with her body and her husband Michael (Bart Hollanders) doesn’t think she needs it. However, he winds up taking her to a hospital that specializes in plastic surgery, along with her mother, who’s due for another face lift. As soon as they arrive at the hospital in Eastern Europe, they get a bad feeling. While Alison is being prepped for surgery, Michael tours around the hospital. When he comes across a woman who has been tied up, with a mask on her face, he removes it, only to find she’s a zombie. He rushes off to get Alison out of surgery and warn everyone, but the hospital quickly becomes a death trap, filling up with bloodthirsty zombies.
