Jaggi, a bus conductor and Sarla is a passenger on his bus. They fall for each other and eventually decide to get married. Sarla’s father, who’s a fervent believer of Hindu astrology, says he’ll only accept Jaggi into the family if his horoscope matches with that of Sarla. They go to an astrologer, who says that since Jaggi is a strong Manglik and Sarla is not, if they get married, Sarla will either die or suffer ill health for the rest of her life. However, the astrologer offers a solution. A Manglik can first marry a bitch, so if Jaggi does that, he can then marry Sarla without any hassles. Jaggi follows the advice, but that’s when the real problems start.
