Encountering a blood-soaked man limping along a dark, deserted road, police officer Daniel Carter (Aaron Poole) rushes the victim to the local hospital. Soon the staff and patients are trapped in the hospital as cloaked figures surround the building. As some of the people inside begin to exhibit strange, disturbing behavior, Carter tries to protect the survivors by leading them deep into the hospital, but instead he discovers a gateway to immense evil.
