In this sequel to the 2008 film The Strangers, a family of four take a road trip to a secluded mobile home park to live with their uncle and aunt. They need this bonding time as their young teenage daughter is soon being sent to boarding school after her recent rebellious actions. Once they arrive at the trailer park, they discover to their surprise that it's mysteriously deserted. As dark falls, the family is visited by three masked psychopaths, who terrorize them. Their phones are destroyed, the local landlines have been disconnected and there's no one around to help them. The family members struggle to survive the attack.
