When Sweetpea (Dree Hemingway) arrives at an airport in Japan intending to break up with her rockstar boyfriend Jamie (François Arnaud), he never turns up. She learns he’s gone missing while shooting a music video deep in a dense forest. She sets out to find him with the help of Mak (Jai West), a cool but cagey ranger. Unable to find him, Sweetpea reports Jamie as missing, but as she unfolds the sequence of events prior to his disappearance, her suspicions of the people around her turn towards the chilling forest itself.
