In this pandemic thriller, a global supervirus infects the majority of people on Earth by turning them into intelligent, adrenaline-fueled killers called “The Infected.” But a man called Morgan (Matt Smith) with the ability to speak the new language of the infected leads the last survivors on a hunt for Patient Zero and a cure. Morgan is especially determined, as his wife is among those infected. Joining him on the mission is virologist Dr. Gina Rose (Natalie Dormer), who takes on the scientific research efforts, as well as Colonel Knox (Clive Standen), who is in charge of the military force.
