Andy Goldsworthy is not an artist like others. His canvas? Nature. His tools? All there is. Whether rearranging dead leaves on an Edinburgh stone staircase, or letting the rain cut out its silhouette on the floor of a forest in Brazil, this world-renowned artist is one of the masters of “land art,” creating his works in nature — sometimes ephemeral, sometimes permanent, often unusual and fascinating. This documentary shows him, accompanied by his daughter, creating kaleidoscopic works on a large and small scale, from the south of France to New England.
