A group of young partiers travel to a mysterious Caribbean island. When two members of the group go for a swim, they find a lot of dead fish in the water. They realize the water is contaminated when one of the swimmers, Penny, shows symptoms of a flesh-eating virus. Having spotted a structure on the north side of the island, they discover it’s an abandoned research facility.
