Belle (Bella Thorne), her younger sister and comatose twin brother James (Cameron Monaghan) move into a new house with their single mother Joan (Jennifer Jason Leigh). The move is motivated by an effort to save money and help pay for James’ healthcare. However, strange events begin to transpire in the house, including James’ miraculous recovery.
